Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products. This role involves planning, advertising, organising promotional activities, and managing marketing communications to effectively reach target audiences. You will oversee marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels to drive brand growth and overall business performance.

Entry Requirements

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree (Level 6 RQF or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ✔ Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
• ✔ Ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple marketing activities effectively

Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Develop and implement marketing plans, advertising strategies, and promotional campaigns
• ✔ Manage marketing across digital platforms including website, social media, email, and online advertising
• ✔ Create, edit, and proofread content for websites, social media, and promotional materials
• ✔ Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• ✔ Organise events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• ✔ Monitor and analyse campaign performance with data-driven improvements
• ✔ Oversee e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop
• ✔ Optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions
• ✔ Plan and execute SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns
• ✔ Analyse performance data and prepare detailed marketing reports
